Job Descriptions

1.Plan and coordinate material requirements based on production schedules to ensure timely availability and prevent material shortages. 2.Communicate closely with Purchasing, Warehouse, and Production teams to coordinate material inflow, outflow, and usage. 3.Monitor inventory levels, update inventory systems regularly, and conduct periodic stock audits to ensure record accuracy. 4.Handle material-related issues arising during the production process and follow up on corrective actions. 5Assist department supervisors in completing other tasks related to material control.

Qualifications

Vocational Certificate (High Vocational) or higher in Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
At least 1 year of experience in material control or production planning in a manufacturing environment; experience in the PCB industry is a plus.
Familiar with material management processes and basic inventory control methods.
Proficient in using ERP systems and office software (especially Excel).
Strong sense of responsibility, good communication and coordination skills, detail-oriented, and well-organized.
Ability to communicate in both Chinese and English is preferred.
