Job Descriptions
1.เปิดบิลขาย (D/O, Invoice) และตรวจสอบต้นทุนสินค้า (Cost) ให้ถูกต้อง 2.ดูแลเอกสารเกี่ยวกับสินค้า เช่น ใบรับสินค้า ใบเบิกสินค้า และรายงานสินค้าคงคลัง 3.ประสานงานกับแผนกที่เกี่ยวข้อง เช่น ฝ่ายขาย, คลังสินค้า, แผนกเทคนิค/แล็ป, บัญชี, การเงิน เพื่อให้งานเอกสารครบถ้วนและถูกต้อง 4.จัดทำและสรุปรายงานที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการขายและสต็อกตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย 5.ดูแลการจัดเก็บเอกสารอย่างเป็นระบบ พร้อมตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของข้อมูล 6.สนับสนุนงานด้านอื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการขายและคลังสินค้า
Qualifications
  1. เพศหญิง
  2. อายุ 15 - 35 ปี
  3. วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปวช.หรือเทียบเท่าขึ้นไปในสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้องกับตำแหน่งงาน
  4. มีทักษะการใช้โปรแกรม MS Office (โดยเฉพาะ Excel) ได้ดี
  5. มีประสบการณ์ด้านงานธุรการขาย หรือ งานสต็อก อย่างน้อย 1-2 ปี (ถ้ามี)
  6. มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ รับผิดชอบงานสูง และทำงานเป็นทีมได้ดี
  7. มีความเข้าใจระบบเอกสารทางบัญชีเบื้องต้น และระบบสต็อกสินค้า
  8. สามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดัน และจัดลำดับความสำคัญของงานได้ดี
