Payroll Management:
• Administer and oversee the payroll process for all employees, with conceptual and experience in various and complicate payment structure.(payroll for up to 500 employees)
• Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
Compensation Design and Management
• Develop, implement, and manage compensation policies and programs.
• Ensure compensation practices are compliant with current legislation.
Benefits Administration
• Design and manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
• Conduct regular reviews and updates of benefits programs.
Data Analysis and Reporting
• Analyze compensation and benefits data to ensure competitiveness and compliance.
• Prepare and present detailed reports on compensation and benefits trends and practices.
Advisory Role:
• Provide guidance and support to HR and management on compensation and benefits issues.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure the company remains competitive.
Compliance
• Ensure all compensation and benefits programs comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct audits and reviews to maintain compliance.
