Job Descriptions

1. Follow the Incoterm and Government and customs policy for all the shipment arrangement 2. Follow the shipment process for individual customer, Mainly responsible for all the logistics arrangement in TH, include the export of the container, local customer’s inland logistics. Details like Placing container and truck booking, shipping and customs declaration according to company's business contract, communicate with freight forwarders and business units and coordinate shipment details. 3. Provide shipping documents to relevant departments and people, complete the shipment billing after shipping. 4. Weekly BOOKIING and SI are required to send to the forwarder, arrange shipping information, update container information and confirm shipping cost per shipment. 5. Daily shipment tracking until shipment received by destination. Resolve the issues 6. Monthly logistics cost forecast and yearly budget analysis and submission. 7. Audit invoice and confirm it to the financial payment. 8. Logistics cost control and cost saving 9. Warehouse cost and Resource analysis and control (when it needed)

Qualifications

College degree or above, major in international trade and logistics management. Education is not determinant if experience is rich
Have 5 years of related work experience
Familiar with system logic and familiar with the operation of shipping export process
The good English ability, communication skills, team spirit
Able to work under pressure
