Job Descriptions
ATM Global Logistics (Thailand) Co., Ltd. is seeking a Sales Coordinator to Support our commercial team by ensuring seamless coordination between Sales, Operations, and Customers. This position plays a key role in maintaining customer satisfaction, streamlining internal processes, and assisting with sales administration. The ideal candidates is proactive, detail-oriented, and a strong communicator who thrives in a fast-paced logistics environment. - Support the Sales Team with preparing quotations and responding to customer inquiries. - Maintain accurate records of customer information and rates. - Coordinate job handovers by issuing clear process instructions to the Operations team. - Ensure all necessary shipment and service details are communicated effectively to operations departments. - Step in to monitor and follow up on ongoing shipments when needed. - Serve as the communication bridge between Sales, Operations, and Customers. - Perform in-house sales activities for both freehand and routed shipments, including lead follow-ups, basic customer engagement, and quote generation.
Qualifications
  1. Experience in the freight forwarding or logistics industry.
  2. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
  3. Familiarity with international shipping processes and documentation.
  4. Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  5. Proficiency in MS Office; experience with freight/logistics systems is a plus.
  6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Thai and English.
