Job Descriptions
- Purchase of company equipment
- Coordinate with Accounting and others team to help process documents
- Book Air ticket , Rent a car
- Control all contract and manage Maid
- Receive and transfer call by Internal
- Adhoc tasks assigned by Manager
Qualifications
- Male or Female , Age between 28 – 38 years old.
- Graduated Bachelor or Master degree part of General management, Accounting, Humanities, Social Sciences or related any filed
- Good experience for Administration and Reception part
- Able to use MS Office ( Word and Excel ) by middle level
- Good personality and can work under pressure
- Able for English skills ( Listen, Speak , Read and Writing ) and if have TOEIC score will be more advantage
- Good lorgic and attiude to help team and can work with team as well
- Able to devote full time to work and is a meticulous person
- If can start work immediatly will be more advantage
