Job Descriptions
- Research and develop innovative formulations for color cosmetics and makeup products.
- Conduct stability testing, ingredient compatibility studies, and product performance evaluations.
- Stay updated on emerging trends, raw materials, and new technologies in the cosmetic industry.
- Work closely with the Sectional Manager and Regulatory Affairs team to ensure formulations comply with regulations.
- Optimize existing product formulas to enhance performance, cost-effectiveness, and sustainability.
- Collaborate with suppliers and manufacturers to source high-quality raw materials.
- Maintain comprehensive records of research findings and product formulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Cosmetic Science, Chemistry, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in R&D for color cosmetics & makeup.
- Strong knowledge of cosmetic ingredients, formulation techniques, and product testing.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements for cosmetic product development.
- Creative mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
