Job Descriptions
1. รับเรื่องร้องเรียนจากลูกค้า และดำเนินการแก้ไขปัญหาเกี่ยวกับสินค้าอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ
2. ให้ข้อมูล ตอบคำถาม และให้คำแนะนำเกี่ยวกับสินค้าและบริการ
3. ติดต่อประสานงานกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อติดตามผลการร้องเรียนหรือการเคลมสินค้า
4. พัฒนาระบบการให้บริการ เพื่อยกระดับประสบการณ์ของลูกค้าอย่างต่อเนื่อง
Qualifications
- มีประสบการณ์ในงาน Customer Service อย่างน้อย 2 ปี
- สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษในการทำงานเบื้องต้นได้
- มีใจรักงานบริการ (Service Mind) สามารถรับมือกับข้อร้องเรียน และแก้ไขปัญหาได้อย่างมืออาชีพ
- มีความคิดสร้างสรรค์ มองหาวิธีแก้ปัญหาและพัฒนางานบริการลูกค้าอยู่เสมอ
- วุฒิการศึกษาปริญญาตรี ไม่จำกัดสาขา
- อายุ 24 ปี ขึ้นไป ไม่จำกัดเพศ
