Job Descriptions
- บันทึกบัญชีรายรับ–รายจ่าย และตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของเอกสารทางการเงิน
- จัดทำรายงานทางบัญชี
- ออกใบแจ้งหนี้ ใบเสร็จรับเงิน และติดตามการชำระเงินจากลูกค้า
- ดูแลและตรวจสอบการชำระหนี้ให้กับผู้ขาย (เจ้าหนี้)
- - ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง รวมถึงผู้สอบบัญชีภายนอก
- จัดเก็บเอกสารทางบัญชีให้ครบถ้วนและถูกต้อง
- ดูแลงานบัญชีอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
- วุฒิการศึกษา ปวส. หรือ ปริญญาตรี สาขาบัญชี การเงิน หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์งานบัญชีอย่างน้อย 1-2 ปี (หากจบใหม่และมีพื้นฐานดี พิจารณาเป็นกรณีพิเศษ)
- มีความรู้ด้านภาษีหัก ณ ที่จ่าย (ภงด. 3, 53) และภาษีมูลค่าเพิ่ม (VAT)
- ใช้ Microsoft Excel ได้เป็นอย่างดี (VLOOKUP, Pivot Table)
- มีทักษะการสื่อสาร และแก้ไขปัญหาได้ดี
- มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ รับผิดชอบสูง และสามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้ดี
