Production Planning: •Develop, monitor, and update the production plan based on sales forecasts, inventory targets, and manufacturing capacity. •Work closely with production teams to ensure plans are feasible and aligned with operational constraints. •Adjust production schedules in response to demand changes, material shortages, or equipment downtime. Supply Planning: •Forecast and plan material requirements to support production plans. •Collaborate with procurement to ensure timely availability of raw materials and components. •Monitor supplier performance and work to resolve issues that could impact production or delivery timelines. Cross-functional Collaboration: •Coordinate between sales, procurement, warehouse, and manufacturing teams to ensure alignment of supply and demand. •Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders regarding changes in supply or production schedules. Analysis and Reporting: •Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as service levels, inventory turns, and production efficiency. •Analyze demand trends, production outputs, and inventory levels to identify risks and recommend improvements. •Prepare weekly and monthly reports on production and supply planning activities.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics management, Business Administration, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
Good command of English to be able to read and communicate in English via email and phone calls (TOEIC score result will be an advantage.)
Computer skills – SAP knowledge preferred, good MS Excel skills is a must, MS offices
5-8 years of experience in production planning and/or supply planning. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Be able to work under pressure.
Be able to complete work within the specified time frame
Be able to adjust the work to achieve the supervisor's required goals
High sense of work responsibility
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Able to understand and follow the operating procedures of department
