Job Description • Identify growth opportunities and design trade promotions that deliver tangible business results across both existing and emerging channels. • Build and manage the customer growth journey: From onboarding new accounts to developing them into strategic key accounts. • Lead the execution of trade marketing campaigns to drive sales performance, improve visibility, and strengthen brand presence at the point of sale. • Analyze sell-in/sell-out data and shopper behavior to craft actionable strategies that ensure long-term, sustainable growth by channel and account. • Collaborate closely with the Sales team to align on partner needs, co-develop tools and activation plans, and support sell-through with efficient use of budget. • Conduct the monthly, quarterly, and yearly business review for responsible projects. • Manage and optimize trade marketing budget and ROI

Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field with MBA-Marketing is preferable.
Having 1-5 years’ experience which related to Trade marketing, Marketing will be preferable
Good attitude with eager to learn new things
MS office as fluent user
