Job Responsibilities Base salary 65,000 up depend on Accompolishment and/or English skill About the Role We are seeking an experienced R&D Manager to lead our product development initiatives at PJWOOD. The ideal candidate will drive innovation in wood-based products while ensuring quality standards and sustainable practices. Key Responsibilities Lead research and development of new wood products and improvement of existing lines Manage R&D team and coordinate cross-functional projects Analyze market trends and customer needs to guide product development Develop technical specifications and testing protocols Oversee prototype development and testing processes Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations Skills & Attributes Innovative thinking and problem-solving abilities Strong project management capabilities Excellent communication and leadership skills Attention to detail and quality focus Ability to balance creativity with practical implementation

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or higher in Materials Science, Engineering, or related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in product development, preferably in wood/furniture industry
Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
Proven track record in successful product launches
Experience managing R&D teams and budgets
Knowledge of sustainable materials and manufacturing processes
