มีความรู้เรื่องการหักภาษี ณ ที่จ่าย และเงื่อนไขการรับวางบิล และการเบิก-จ่ายเงินสดย่อย
สามารถสื่อสารภาษาจีนจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
