Job Descriptions
1. วิเคราะห์ และวางกลยุทธ์ การบริหารทรัพยากรบุคคลให้มีประสิทธิภาพ ตามแนวทางการบริหารองค์กร 2. สื่อสารกับพนักงานสร้างความเชื่อมั่นและเป็นแบบอย่างที่ดี สอดคล้องกับวัฒนธรรมขององค์กร 3. ควบคุม กำกับดูแล และตรวจสอบ ให้พนักงานปฏิบัติตามระเบียบข้อบังคับของบริษัทโดยไม่ขัดต่อกฏหมายที่เกี่ยวข้อง ภายใต้ผลประโยชน์สูงสุดต่อองค์กร 4. ควบคุม และพัฒนาระบบให้มีประสิทธิภาพ (ISO14000/ ISO90001/ IATF16949) 5. สรรหาและคัดกรอง พนักงานที่มีศักยภาพและทัศนคติที่ดี ตรงกับเป้าหมายขององค์กรด้วยวิธีการสรรหาที่หลากหลายเหมาะสมกับตำแหน่งงาน 6. ควบคุมติดตาม และปรับปรุงกฎระเบียบข้อบังคับให้เป็นไปตามกฎมายกำหนดสวัสดิการเพื่อจูงใจพนักงาน ทำสัญญาจ้าง และเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องรวมถึงเจรจาไกล่เกลี่ย และแก้ไขปัญหา ในกรณีที่มีข้อพิพาทระหว่างพนักงานบริษัท 7. ควบคุม และตรวจสอบ รายงานค่าจ้างพนักงานรายเดือน และยื่นเอกสารและประสานกับหน่วยงานภายนอกที่เกี่ยวข้องทั้งหมด (ประกันสังคม, สรรพากร, กรมแรงงาน, ธนาคาร ฯลฯ) 9. งานอื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
  1. เพศชาย-หญิง อายุ 35-45
  2. วุฒิปริญญาตรี ขึ้นไป
  3. สามารถใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint ได้ดี
  4. มีประสบการณ์ 5 ปีขึ้นไป
  5. มีความรู้ในระบบ IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001
  6. สามารถปฏิบัติงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้ดี
  7. มีจิตวิทยาในการสื่อสาร
  8. มีประสบการณ์สายงานผลิตโรงงานอุตสาหกรรม
  9. มีความรู้เรื่องกฎหมายแรงงาน
  10. สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษหรือจีนได้จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
