Qualifications
- ไม่จำกัดวุฒิการศึกษา
- มีประสบการณ์ทางด้านล้าง ปอก หั่น หรือตัดวัตถุดิบ เช่น ผัก เนื้อสัตว์ หรือของสดต่าง ๆ
- ชั่ง ตวง วัดส่วนผสมตามที่เชฟต้องการ
- เตรียมอุปกรณ์ ทำเมนูง่าย ๆ หรือช่วยประกอบอาหารตามคำสั่งของเชฟ
- ตรวจสอบคุณภาพของวัตถุดิบ เช่น ความสด สภาพบรรจุภัณฑ์
- หากมีประสบการณ์ในครัวกลางมาก่อน หรือมีประสบการณ์ในการทำอาหารจะพิจารณาพิเศษ
