Job Descriptions
1. Handle End-to-End process recruitment for Corporate (non-tech)
2. Source potential candidates from career websites, social media an professional platforms.
3. Create job posting and screen applications.
4. Conduct phone/ online face to face prescreening with candidates.
5. Present suitable candidates and arrange interview for hiring manager.
6. Follow up interview feedback and keep candidates informed.
7. Support administrative tasks for recruitment and related matters
8. Ad-hoc projects as assigned.
Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor degree in business or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in recruitment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Flexible
