Job Descriptions
Key Responsibilities - Develop, plan, and report operational performance to management on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis to ensure alignment with company goals. - Manage and develop the service technician team, including overseeing service operations and processes to ensure efficiency and high-quality performance. - Oversee the product claim process with international suppliers to ensure timely resolution and delivery to customers. - Manage the proposal and renewal of service contracts with customers after the warranty period to maintain customer relationships and generate recurring revenue. - Ensure excellence in after-sales service operations and maximize customer satisfaction. - Analyze team performance and develop strategic plans to meet the company’s objectives and KPIs. - Coordinate effectively with internal teams and international partners to support service operations. - Design and implement performance evaluation systems (KPIs) to monitor and improve team efficiency. - Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
  1. Male, aged between 30–40 years
  2. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, majoring in Electronics, Electrical, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field
  3. Minimum 3 years of experience in medical technical services or a related field (experience in medical equipment will be considered a strong advantage)
  4. Strong skills in management, problem analysis, decision-making, and issue resolution
  5. Positive attitude, service-minded, and good interpersonal skills
  6. Able to work under pressure with good communication skills in English
  7. Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English (TOEIC score 600 or above is preferred)
  8. Possession of professional engineering license (if applicable)
  9. Demonstrated leadership ability with team management and development skills
  10. Able to supervise and monitor subordinates to ensure efficient performance according to plans
  11. Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, including Word, Excel, Email, and Internet applications
  12. Visionary, quality-oriented, and committed to maintaining and improving service standards in line with the company’s growth
  13. Must have a valid driver’s license and own a personal vehicle
