Job Descriptions
We are looking for a proactive, creative, and flexible teammate to join our team. This role blends social media operations, client communication, and new business development. You’ll also contribute to internal tasks and company building, playing a key role in our startup’s growth. 【Key Responsibilities】 📱 SNS Operation & Client Service (50%) •Manage clients’ SNS accounts (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) •Plan, create, and post content (text, image, video) in Thai (and occasionally English) •Edit visuals and videos (Photoshop, Illustrator, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, etc.) •Analyze content performance and optimize accordingly •Communicate regularly with clients and internal teams 💼 Business Development (40%) •Research and approach potential clients in Thailand •Pitch SNS marketing services •Prepare proposals, price estimates, and presentation materials •Attend online/offline business meetings 🗂️ Startup Operations & Admin Support (10%) •Assist with internal reporting and coordination •Handle simple office admin and support tasks •Contribute ideas and help shape our company’s growth 【Why Join Us?】 •Career growth: Join early and shape your role as the company grows •Cross-market experience: Work with Japan, Thailand, and China •Creativity welcomed: We value fresh ideas, self-starters, and people who take initiative •Exposure: Work directly with founders, brands, and marketing campaigns •Fun & flexible: We focus on output, not micromanagement 【Salary & Benefits】 •Base Salary: 22,000-45,000 THB /month (Salary will be determined according to qualifications and interview performance) •Annual Bonus: 1–2 months (based on company performance) •Probation Period: 3 months
Qualifications
  1. Thai nationality
  2. Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, business, or related fields
  3. 2+ years of SNS experience (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok)
  4. Skilled in photo and video editing: Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, CapCut, Premiere Pro, or Final Cut Pro
  5. Experience in sales or business development (or you have willing)
  6. Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
  7. Business-level English (Japanese proficiency is a plus)
  8. Positive, curious, self-driven, and flexible mindset
