Job Descriptions

-Support the Management in the HSE Policy, Guidelines, Management System standard issue. -Review, monitor, and update the Company HSE Systems in accordance with the Law and Regulation and Corporate guidelines. -Provides for motivation of all Company personnel respecting the importance of complying with Company system procedures and all Safety equipment provided. -Ensure a safe workplace environment without risk to health and the completion and regular review of risk assessments for all work equipment and operations. -Safeties related engineering input into new projects and modification programs. -Take part in accident / incident investigation and ensure that all accidents are documented, investigated and recommended improvements implemented. -Carry out analysis of accident / incident statistics, identifying trends and suggesting improvement plans. -Conduct internal safety audit. -Manage and devise the agenda for, chair and formulate & distribute minutes for the Health & Safety Committee meetings. Ensure that all agreed action points are completed within deadlines. -Provide technical support to Management on any safety related subjects. -Carry out any in-house safety training and liaise with external consultant for the required external programs. -Carries out safety trainings and audits on Sub-contractors. -Liaises between Clients on safety related issues. -Control and manage security guard -Management annual health checks for employees. -Monitoring and control Special Facility Project management as assigned -Any other reasonable duties which may be required by management from time to time. -Review and verification to ensure of safety manufacturing Electric power system, Fire alarm system, CCTV and Cranes are operated with safe condition and comply with safety Law. -Ensure and verification all manufacturing machines are installed and operated with safety condition.
