Job Descriptions
1. รับผิดชอบหน้าที่ติดต่อประสานงานลูกค้า รวมถึงภายในองค์กร และระหว่างองค์กร 2. โต้ตอบ และสื่อสารทางโทรศัพท์ และอีเมล์กับลูกค้า 3. ดูแลและรักษาฐานลูกค้าที่มีอยู่เดิม พัฒนาความสัมพันธ์ รวมถึง ขยายยอดขายกับกลุ่มลูกค้าเดิมให้มากขึ้น 4. ดูแลรับผิดชอบยอดขายให้ได้ตามเป้าหมายที่บริษัทฯ มอบ หมาย 5. จัดทำข้อมูลลูกค้า 6. สนับสนุนการขายของพนักงานขาย 7. จัดทำรายงานต่างๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย เช่น สรุปรายงาน ขาย และจัดทำเอกสารการขาย เป็นต้น 8. งานอื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
  1. เพศชาย/หญิง
  2. อายุไม่เกิน 35 ปี
  3. มีบุคลิกภาพที่เหมาะสมกับงานบริการ
  4. สามารถใช้โปรแกรม Microsoft Office ได้เป็นอย่างดี (Excel, Word, Power point)
  5. มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Sale, Sales support, Sales assistant, Sales coordinator (จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
  6. สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ (จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ)
  7. มีความละเอียด รอบคอบในการจัดทำเอกสาร
  8. มีทักษะในการติดต่อ ประสานงานที่ดี
  9. สามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้ดี
