Job Descriptions
ดำเนินการตามนโยบายของบริษัทฯดูแลรับผิดชอบงานที่ได้รับมอบหมายด้านการจัดส่ง เช่น
- บันทึกใบส่งสินค้า/ชั่งน้ำหนักรถ/จ่ายบิลส่งสินค้า/รับบิลเพื่อดำเนินการส่งคืนฝ่ายบัญชี
- ตรวจสอบสภาพรถก่อนขึ้นสินค้า/ถ่ายรูปสภาพรถยนต์ก่อนขึ้นสินค้า/ทำรายการจ่ายค่าเที่ยว
- ทำรายงานค่าขนส่งรถรับจ้าง/จัดทำการประเมินการขนส่ง/จ่ายบิลน้ำมันและค่าทางด่วนให้พนักงาน
- จัดทำการแก้ไขปรับปรุงเอกสารเกี่ยวกับระบบ ISO/GMP/HACCP และตรวจสอบเอกสารในหน่วยงานให้
สอดคล้องกับหน่วยงานอื่นๆ / ดูแลเครื่องให้สำนักงานให้อยู่ในสภาพใช้งานได้เสมอ
Qualifications
- ปริญญาตรีสาขาการจัดการทั่วไป,โลจิสติกส์ หรือ สาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ทำ OT ได้
- ผ่านการฝึกอบรมหลักสูตรISO 14001 จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
