Job Descriptions
1. ต้อนรับลูกค้าและสอบถามปัญหาหรือความต้องการเกี่ยวกับรถยนต์
2. ให้คําแนะนําและแนวทางการซ่อมบํารุงอย่างมืออาชีพ
3. ประสานงานการเข้ารับบริการ ตรวจสอบ และติดตามสถานะของรถ
4. สื่อสารกับช่างซ่อมเพื่อให้เข้าใจความต้องการของลูกค้าอย่างถูกต้อง
Qualifications
- เพศชาย-หญิง อายุไม่เกิน 35 ปี
- วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรี สาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- มีประสบการณ์ 1-3 ปี
- ต้องมีประสบการณ์เกี่ยวกับการปรึกษาด้านการบริการ
