- Training: Train and evaluate staff to meet company standards - Scheduling: Create work schedules and assign tasks - Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels - Customer Service: Resolve complaints and inquiries - Cleanliness: Ensure store adheres to hygiene standards - Opening/ Closing: Manage daily opening and closing procedures - Reporting: Prepare sales, inventory and performance reports - Cash Handling: Deposit daily earnings to company account 360 International Co., Ltd. will provide trainings throughout the period. - ฝึกอบรมพนักงาน: สอนงานพนักงานใหม่และประเมินผลตามมาตรฐานบริษัท - จัดตารางงาน: กำหนดกะงานและมอบหมายหน้าที่ - จัดการสต็อก: ตรวจสอบระดับสินค้าในร้าน - บริการลูกค้า: แก้ไขข้อร้องเรียนและตอบคำถาม - ความสะอาด: ดูแลให้ร้านเป็นไปตามมาตรฐาน - เปิด-ปิดร้าน: ดำเนินขั้นตอนเปิดและปิดร้าน - รายงานผล: สรุปรายงานยอดขาย สต็อก และข้อมูลอื่นๆ -จัดการเงินสด: นำฝากเงินหลังปิดร้านทุกวัน บริษัท 360 อินเตอร์เนชั่นแนล จำกัด จะมีการจัดฝึกอบรมตลอดระยะเวลา

Qualifications

Age:22-30 years old (Male/Female) / อายุ: 22-30 ปี (ชาย/หญิง)
Education: High school diploma or university degree / จบการศึกษาระดับมัธยมปลายขึ้นไปหรือจบมหาวิทยาลัย
Experience: Retail or customer service experience, leadership/team management experience / มีประสบการณ์ด้านการขายปลีกหรือบริการลูกค้า , มีประสบการณ์การเป็นผู้นำทีม
English proficiency is a plus / ทักษะภาษาอังกฤษเป็นข้อได้เปรียบ
Customer Service: Professional communication / ทักษะบริการลูกค้า: สื่อสารได้ชัดเจนและเป็นมืออาชีพ
Team Management: Assign tasks, set sales targets, and train staff / การจัดการทีม: มอบหมายงาน ตั้งเป้ายอดขาย และฝึกอบรมพนักงาน
