Job Descriptions
1. Oversee the overall operations of the Hasselblad brand (in-store and online) 2. Analyze sales performance and develop strategies to reach targets 3. Manage in-store display to align with brand identity 4. Plan and support brand activities such as workshops, demo days, and events 5. Manage social media platforms and coordinate with the marketing team for content planning and execution 6. Monitor inventory and coordinate efficient restocking 7. Provide product knowledge and sales support to the team 8. Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and engage potential new clients 9. Coordinate closely with after-sales service to ensure a seamless customer experience
Qualifications
  1. Age 25–35, Bachelor’s degree or higher
  2. Minimum 3 years of experience in retail or sales
  3. Strong interest or background in photography, art, or visual design
  4. Experience managing social media channels and working with marketing teams
  5. Confident in organizing events and customer engagement activities
  6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  7. Aesthetic sense with the ability to represent a premium brand image
  8. English proficiency is an advantage
  9. Experience working with luxury or premium products is a plus
