Job DescriptionsKey Responsibilities:
1. Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding
•Partner with business leaders to forecast manpower needs and build talent pipelines.
•Lead and execute end-to-end recruitment strategies to attract top talent, including employer branding, sourcing, selection, and onboarding.
•Analyse recruitment trends and continuously improve hiring processes.
2. People Development & Engagement
•Partner with L&D team and business leaders to assess development needs and design impactful learning interventions.
•Identify HiPo (High Potential) employees and co-create development plans and career pathways.
•Drive employee engagement initiatives and support succession planning.
•Support performance management cycles, feedback culture, and talent calibration. Develop partnerships with universities, networks, and agencies to attract skilled professionals and future talents.
3. Performance Tracking and Project Operations Focus
•Serve as an HRBP embedded into operational tracking, ensuring weekly KPI follow-ups across Construction Progress, Title Deed Transfers, Villa Handover, and Construction Permit Applications.
•Collaborate with project managers, construction teams, government relations, and customer service to monitor and track real-time operational KPIs.
•Participate in cross-functional project meetings weekly to consolidate progress updates and highlight workforce-related risks impacting KPI achievements.
•Develop and maintain simple tracking tools (e.g., KPI dashboards, progress trackers) to visualize weekly status and enable data-driven discussions.
•Identify early signs of manpower bottlenecks or site issues that may cause project delays, and proactively work with business units to address them.
•Engage in weekly site visits to validate KPI data accuracy and ground-level execution readiness.
•Promote a culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous performance improvement across departments.
