Job Descriptions
1. ติดต่อประสานงาน สายเรือ เอเยนต์ ชิปปิ้ง ลูกค้า รถขนส่งฯ 2. ตรวจสอบใบขนฯ และเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้อง ตรวจสอบพิกัดอัตราฯ ตรวจสอบฟอร์ม FTA จากศุลกากร รวมถึงใบอนุญาตต่างๆ 3. เช็ควันเรือเข้าและค่าใช้จ่ายในการแลกดีโอกับสายเรือ และอัพเดทข้อมูลให้ลูกค้าและผู้ที่เกี่ยวข้องทราบ พร้อมทั้งจัดเตรียม ORIGINAL B/L เพื่อไปรับ D/O 4. ติดตามเอกสารตัวจริงกับลูกค้า, ค่าภาษี, ค่าแลกดีโอ และสั่งงานแมสฯ ในเรื่องต่างๆ ล่วงหน้า 5. ทำเบิกค่าใช้จ่ายต่างๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง 6. ติดตามงานในส่วนที่รับผิดชอบและอัพเดทหัวหน้า 7. ทำงานอื่นๆที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
  1. ไม่จำกัดเพศ อายุ 25 ปีขึ้นไป
  2. วุฒิปริญญาตรี ไม่จำกัดสาขา
  3. ใช้โปรแกรมคีย์ใบขนได้เป็นอย่างดี
  4. มีประสบการณ์ในตำแหน่ง CS Shipping อย่างน้อย 1 ปี
  5. มีประสบการณ์ในธุรกิจ Shipping หรือ Freight Forwarding จะรับพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
  6. มีความสามารถทางด้านพิกัดศุลกากร จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
  7. มีความสามารถทางด้าน ฟอร์มการขออนุญาต หรือสิทธิประโยชน์ต่างๆ จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
  8. มีทักษะในการติดต่อประสานงาน ทั้งภายใน - ภายนอก
  9. มีความซื่อสัตย์ สามารถร่วมงานกับผู้อื่นได้เป็นอย่างดี
