Job Descriptions
- เรียนรู้งานในแต่ละแผนก
- เวียนงาน (Job Rotation) ในแผนกต่างๆ เช่น การตลาด, การขาย, ทรัพยากรบุคคล, ฯลฯ
- เข้าใจโครงสร้างองค์กร กระบวนการทำงาน และบทบาทของแต่ละฝ่าย
- สนับสนุนงานของผู้จัดการ
- ทำงานร่วมกับผู้จัดการในโครงการต่างๆ
- วิเคราะห์ปัญหา วางแผนงาน และติดตามผล
- เรียนรู้ทักษะการบริหาร
- ฝึกภาวะผู้นำ การจัดการทีม การวางแผนกลยุทธ์
- เข้าอบรมตามหลักสูตรที่องค์กรกำหนด
- รายงานและประเมินผลการฝึกงาน
- จัดทำรายงานความคืบหน้าในการฝึกงาน
- เข้าร่วมการประเมินผลงานกับหัวหน้างาน
- เตรียมตัวสำหรับการเป็นผู้บริหารในอนาคต
- รับผิดชอบโปรเจกต์ย่อย
- พัฒนา Soft Skills เช่น การสื่อสาร การตัดสินใจ และการแก้ไขปัญหา
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Chinese or related fields.
- New graduate are welcome
- Good command of Chinese (Writing, Reading, Speaking )
