Job Descriptions
- ดูแลและจัดเตรียมการฝึกอบรมพนักงานทั้งภายในและภายนอก - จัดทำบันทึกการฝึกอบรมพนักงาน (Training Records) และติดตามและประเมินผลหลังการฝึกอบรม - ศึกษาแนวทางและนำเสนอแนวคิดกิจกรรมใหม่ ๆ เพื่อสร้าง Engagement ระหว่างพนักงานและองค์กร - จัดทำเอกสารสำหรับฝ่ายพัฒนาทักษะผ่านระบบ E-service ติดตามค่าใช้จ่าย - สามารถจัดการประชุมเชิงปฏิบัติการขั้นพื้นฐานได้ - จัดทำ ติดตาม และจัดทำแบบสำรวจความต้องการฝึกอบรมของแต่ละแผนกตามงบประมาณประจำปี
Qualifications
  1. ปริญญาตรีหรือสูงกว่า สาขาการการจัดการทรัพยากรมนุษย์ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  2. มีประสบการณ์ด้านการเรียนรู้และพัฒนาทักษะ การจัดการบุคลากร หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้องอย่างน้อย 1-2ปี
  3. ทักษะการฝึกอบรมและทักษะการอำนวยความสะดวกจะเป็นข้อได้เปรียบ
  4. หากมีประสบการณ์การทำงานด้าน การพัฒนาองค์กร (OD) จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
  5. สามารถทำงานอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพและสร้างบรรยากาศการทำงานเป็นทีมอย่างสามัคคี
  6. ทักษะการสื่อสารและการมีปฏิสัมพันธ์ที่ดี
  7. ศึกษาแนวทางและนำเสนอแนวคิดกิจกรรมใหม่ ๆ เพื่อสร้าง Engagement ระหว่างพนักงานและองค์กร
  8. สามารถใช้งานโปรแกรม MS Excel เพื่อวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล และสามารถใช้โปรแกรม PowerPoint เพื่อจัดทำ Presentation ได้เป็นอย่างดี
  9. สามารถสื่อสารภาษาจีนได้จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
  10. สามารถเริ่มงานได้ทันที จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
