Job Descriptions
Personnel Management 1. Responsible for the recruitment, training, assessment and motivation of the accounting team, and improve and strengthen the necessary skills and knowledge of team members; 2. Cultivate the capabilities of department employees, build a team echelon development path, do a good job in selection, employment, training and retention, and establish an accounting echelon construction; 3. Rationally allocate accounting processing tasks to ensure the orderly development of business. Establish and maintain a good team atmosphere, enhance team morale, and improve work efficiency; Accounting Management Follow-up of daily tasks 1. Responsible for the daily management of the team and the allocation of personnel work, deploy manpower to meet the needs of production materials and sales delivery, and timely connect with material control, planning and procurement to reasonably arrange the arrival of goods; 2. Responsible for the docking of warehouse material quality issues, and do a good job in the management of warehouse materials in and out and production docking; 3. Responsible for the storage space planning, 5S management, neat placement of items, clear labels, and improving work efficiency; 4. Responsible for completing the work tasks temporarily arranged by superiors On-site operation management
Qualifications
  1. Bachelor degree or above, 3 years of experience in large manufacturing warehouses
  2. Possess certain warehouse planning and organizational design capabilities, and good communication and coordination skills
  3. Familiar with accounting systems such as SAP, WMS, and warehouse-related operation processes. Those with experience in warehouse system construction will be given priority
  4. Have a strong sense of responsibility and stress resistance, and good overall management capabilities
  5. Have computer application basics; EXCEL basic function application; PPT basic application; SAP system operation; WMS system operation; PDA operation and use
  6. Have a strong sense of responsibility, good communication and coordination skills
  7. Good communication of Chinese.
