ตรวจการจัดทำ Invoice พร้อมทั้งบันทึกบัญชี
ตรวจสอบบันทึกบัญชีเกี่ยวกับการรับชำระหนี้จากลูกหนี้
ตรวจสอบยอดลูกหนี้คงเหลือประจำวัน/ประจำสัปดาห์
ตรวจสอบรายงานวิเคราะห์อายุลูกหนี้ประจำเดือน
จัดทำรายงานภาษีขาย (ภพ.30) ทุกเดือน
จัดทำตารางคุมลูกหนี้เครดิต รอบวันที่วางบิล/รับเช็ค
ติดตามยอดลูกหนี้ค้างชำระ
และอื่นๆที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
- เพศ : ไม่ระบุ
- อายุ(ปี) : 23 - 40
- ระดับการศึกษา : ปวส. - ปริญญาตรี
- ประสบการณ์(ปี) : 0 - 5
- มีทักษะด้านคอมพิวเตอร์ word excel powerpoint และที่เกี่ยวข้องอยู่ในเกณฑ์ดี
- สามารถใช้โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูป Express ได้
- มีความรู้ ความเข้าใจ ในส่วนของภาษี และ ภงด. ต่างๆเป็นอย่างดี
- มีความยืดหยุ่นในการทำงาน/มีความรับผิดชอบสูง/รับแรงกดดันได้
- มีที่พักใกล้ที่ทำงานจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
