Job Descriptions
1.ออกแบบวางแผนและควบคุมกระบวนการ Machining (milling, turning, drilling) automation, robot 2.วิเคราะห์ปรับปรุงประสิทธิภาพการทำงานของเครื่องจักร CNC และ Manual 3. ควบคุมคุณภาพของชิ้นงานให้เป็น drawing และ specification 4. ประสานกับฝ่ายผลิตเพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นในกระบวนการ 5. วิเคราะห์ปัญหา root cause และหาแนวทางแก้ไขเชิงเทคนิค 6. ดูแล tooling, Cutting parameter และ cost saving project 7. เขียน program CNC ( G-code /CAM และจัดทำเอกสารการผลิต (process sheet, work instruction) 8. สนับสนุนการ audit คุณภาพ และระบบ ISO 90001, IATF 16949 9. ทำรายงานสรุปปัญหา KPI และหาแนวทางพัฒนา
Qualifications
  1. Male age between 22 - 28 years old.
  2. Bachelor’s degree of engineering, Mechatronic , IE
  3. Experience 1 – 3 years in machining process will more up be considered in senior level
  4. Skill analysis in drawing (micrometer, height gauge, CMM)
  5. Make a CNC program CAD/CAM (master CAM, solidworks, fushion 360, autocad
  6. knowledge in cutting tool, tool holder, insert cutting condition
  7. Able to microsoft to technical report
  8. Experience in Kaizen, 5S , Learn IATF, ISO is more advantage
  9. Toeic score 400 up will be considered
