Job Descriptions
- วางแผน ควบคุม และบริหารงานซ่อมบำรุงเครื่องจักรและอุปกรณ์ต่างๆ ให้สามารถใช้งานได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ - ดูแลและกำกับทีมช่างซ่อมบำรุงให้ปฏิบัติงานได้อย่างปลอดภัยและตามมาตรฐาน - จัดทำแผน PM (Preventive Maintenance) และบันทึกข้อมูลการซ่อมบำรุง - วิเคราะห์และปรับปรุงระบบการซ่อมบำรุงเพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการทำงาน - ประสานงานกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องทั้งภายในและภายนอกองค์กร - ควบคุมงบประมาณและวัสดุอุปกรณ์ที่ใช้ในงานซ่อมบำรุง - ควบคุมดูแลการซ่อมบำรุงให้เป็นไปตามระบบคุณภาพ GHPs/HACCP - อื่นๆ ตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
  1. เพศชาย อายุ 28-40 ปี
  2. วุฒิการศึกษา ปวส. หรือ ปริญญาตรี สาขาวิศวกรรมเครื่องกล, ไฟฟ้า, อิเล็กทรอนิกส์ หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  3. มีประสบการณ์ด้านงานซ่อมบำรุงอย่างน้อย 3 - 5 ปี และมีประสบการณ์ในตำแหน่งหัวหน้าหรือผู้ควบคุมงานอย่างน้อย 2 ปี
  4. มีความรู้ในระบบไฟฟ้า เครื่องจักรอุตสาหกรรม และระบบ PM
  5. มีภาวะผู้นำ ทักษะในการวางแผน การแก้ไขปัญหา และการประสานงานที่ดี
  6. มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ ทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้และมีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ที่ดี
  7. ใช้ Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) ได้
  8. มีความรู้ในระบบคุณภาพ
