• HRM & HRD & HR Planing
• HR Strategy Implementation & Business Partnership: Deploy HR strategies aligned with business objectives, act as a liaison between the factory and headquarters, and collaborate with company management to provide strategic HR consultation on workforce planning, talent management, and organizational development.
• Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Oversee the recruitment process to attract top talent, manage onboarding and orientation programs, and ensure the effective integration of new hires.
• Training & Development: Identify training needs, coordinate and deliver training programs to enhance skills and performance, and promote a culture of continuous learning within the company.
• Employee Relations & Welfare: Address employee concerns, foster a positive work environment through proactive engagement initiatives, administer employee welfare programs including health and safety, and ensure compliance with legal and company requirements.
• Disciplinary Actions & Payroll Management: Manage disciplinary processes to ensure fair treatment, provide guidance on resolving conflicts, oversee accurate and timely payroll processing, and ensure compliance with tax and labor laws.
Qualifications - Bachelor’s or Master Degree in OD, Human Resource Management, Political Sciences, Organizational Psychology or relevant professional certification is advantageous.
- Minimum of 8-10 years of HR experience, with at least 3-5 years in a managerial role, Talent Management ,Talent Development, HRBP , HRD or HROD
- Experience and ability to navigate and operate effectively in a highly matrix and complex business working environment.
- Demonstrable track record in implementing and driving progressive HR practices, initiatives and programs based on analytical HR data trend
- Extensive knowledge of HR practices, including employer branding, recruitment, performance management, and employee relations.
- Strong consulting, influencing skills to allow for building credibility and partnership with line manager and leaders.
- Ability to “mentor” and influence leadership on people & culture matters
- Strong team player with a willingness to learn, high responsibility, positive attitude, self-motivation, and a service-oriented mindset.
- Effective communications and collaboration skills with demonstrated ability to work across multiple levels and different organizational functions.
- Proficiency in using AI tools for HR analytics and decision-making processes.
- Ability to handle complex HR issues in a dynamic environment.
- Knowledge in personal development tools i.e. MBTI, StrengthsFinder, NLP, Well-being, Psychology.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, facilitating and training skills, organizational skill people engagement skill and Coaching skill. (Intro to coaching)
- Can use EZY HR system.
- Good command of englisg
- Very good in knowladge of labor laws.
