Job Descriptions
- Recruitment and selection of personnel to match the job position.
- Conduct orientation for new employees.
- Prepare and maintain documentation related to the recruitment process.
- Check Time Attendance & Turnover report.
- Report social security entry and exit.
- Provides administrative support , including data entry, report preparation,
and document management.
- Coordinate with government agencies and plan training programs.
- Submit documents to the Department of Skill Development.
- Other tasks assigned by superior.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in any field.
- Age not over up 30 Year.
- Have experience 3-5 years.
- Knowledge of ISO9001:2015, ISO14001:2015, IATF16949:2015 systems.
- Good knowledge of labor laws and employee welfare.
- Good computer skill ( Word, Excel, Power Point ,Outlook )
- Have good communication, coordination and problem solving skills.
