Key Responsibilities:
•Provide administrative support for visa and work permit applications
•Prepare and manage client documentation and records
•Liaise with government offices and follow up on application statuses
•Handle incoming calls, emails, and general inquiries
•Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars
•Maintain proper filing systems and ensure document accuracy
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office – Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Able to work independently and in a team
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
