1.ดูเเลลูกค้าหลังจากที่ลูกค้าซื้อโทรศัพท์มือถือ
2.บริการเซทอัพติดตั้งเครื่องใหม่,โอนย้ายข้อมูลให้ลูกค้าพร้อมใช้งาน ให้คำเเนะนำการใช้งานโทรศัพท์มือถือให้กับลูกค้า
3.ดูเเลเเก้ไขปัญหาต่างๆให้ลูกค้า เพื่อให้เกิดความพึงพอใจสูงสุด
Qualifications
- อายุ 22 - 35 ปี
- บุคลิกภาพดี, มนุษยสัมพันธ์ดี มีทักษะในการสื่อสารที่ดี
- อายุไม่เกิน 35 ปี
- มีทักษะด้านการเพิ่มยอดขาย (Upsell skill) มีแนวคิดด้านการ drive ยอดขายให้เพิ่มขึ้น เพื่อบรรลุเป้าหมายตามที่บริษัทกำหนดไว้ได้เป็นอย่างดี
- สามารถใช้งาน Microsoft Office ได้เป็นอย่างดี มีอบรมและเทรนให้ ก่อนเริ่มงาน
