Job Descriptions
1. จัดทำรายการของคงคลัง พร้อมดูแลและเตรียมจัดซื้อหากของใกล้หมด 2. รวบรวมใบจัดซื้อจากแต่ละแผนก และนำมาเปรียบเทียบหาผู้ผลิตที่ให้ราคาและคุณภาพที่ดีที่สุด 3. ช่วยเหลือการจัดตั้งนโยบายการจัดซื้อขององค์กร 4. เป็นตัวแทนติดต่อ ประสานงานขององค์กร และผู้ผลิตสินค้า 5. ดำเนินการจัดซื้อของหลังจากเลือกผู้ผลิตที่ให้ราคาที่เหมาะสมที่สุด 6. พร้อมติดตามขั้นตอนการสั่งซื้อให้เป็นไปอย่างราบรื่น 7 จัดทำเอกสารการจ่ายเงินให้กับ Supplier 8. สร้างกลยุทธ์ในการลดต้นทุน มองหาช่องทางในการจัดซื้อของที่ราคาเหมาะสม 9. ทำรายงานการจัดซื้อและนำเสนอให้แก่ผู้บริหารหรือผู้เกี่ยวข้อง 10. จัดทำรายงานการสั่งซื้อสินค้า-บริการ ประจำเดือน 11. อื่นๆตามที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
Qualifications
  1. วุฒิการศึกษาระดับปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป
  2. เพศชาย/หญิง (ชายผ่านการเกณฑ์ทหารเรียบร้อยแล้ว)
  3. มีความรู้ทางด้านภาษาอังกฤษเป็นอย่างดี
  4. มีทักษะด้านการเจรจาต่อรอง
  5. สามารถใช้งานคอมพิวเตอร์ได้ดี: E-mail & Internet, Microsoft Office
  6. มีประสบการณ์ทางด้านงานจัดซื้อ จัดหาวัตถุดิบจากต่างประเทศ หรือด้านการขาย จะได้รับการพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
  7. มีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ในการทำงาน, มีความคล่องตัวในการติดต่องาน ทำงานรวดเร็ว, กระตือรือร้นและมีความอดทนในการทำงาน
