- ผ่านการเกณฑ์ทหารแล้ว
- ทำงานล่วงเวลาได้
- ควบคุมระบบ spare part ของแม่พิมพ์ และเครื่องจักรได้
- วิเคราะห์การทำงาน และกำหนดมาตรการป้องกันเครื่องจักรให้ทำงานเต็มประสิทธิภาพได้
- มีประสบการณ์ด้านการดูแลเครื่องจักร (productive maintenance)
