หน้าที่หลัก
•รับโทรศัพท์ลูกค้าและให้ข้อมูลสินค้า/บริการ
•ตอบแชททาง LINE / Facebook / Instagram / Shopee
•ประสานงานกับทีมจัดส่งหรือทีมซัพพอร์ตในกรณีที่ลูกค้ามีปัญหา
•สรุปรายงานคำถามหรือปัญหาที่พบบ่อยให้ทีมพัฒนา
•ดูแลความพึงพอใจของลูกค้าเป็นหลัก
Qualifications
- เพศหญิง อายุ 22-35 ปี
- ใช้ภาษาไทยได้ดี สุภาพ และพิมพ์เร็ว
- มีทักษะในการสื่อสารและแก้ปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้
- ใช้งาน Line OA/Facebook Inbox/ Instagram DM/ Shopee chat ได้คล่อง
- หากเคยทำงานสายบริการหรือลูกค้าสัมพันธ์จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
