Job Descriptions

- Plan and manage SHE systems : Oversee the implementation of Safety, Health, and Environmental (SHE) practices to ensure compliance with relevant laws and standards - Risk assessment and control : Conduct risk assessments in relation to SHE and implement control measures to prevent accidents and environmental impacts. - Develop and improve emergency response plans : Create and regularly review emergency and crisis response plans, including conducting drills to ensure readiness for emergency situations. - Manage waste and wastewater systems : Supervise and improve waste and wastewater management systems to comply with regulations and minimize environmental impact. - Promote a safety culture : Organize training and promote SHE awareness among employees and stakeholders to foster a safety-oriented organizational culture. - Monitor and report performance : Prepare SHE performance reports and provide recommendations for improvement to management.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or a related field
Certified as a Professional Safety Officer (Jor. Por. Wor.) in accordance with legal requirements
At least 5 years of experience.
Knowledge of SHE-related laws and regulations
Skills in risk analysis and assessment
Project planning and management capabilities
Communication and training skills
Proficiency in relevant software, such as MS Office
