ดูแลและบริหารงานแผนกต้อนรับส่วนหน้า (Front Office) ให้มีประสิทธิภาพ ควบคุมมาตรฐานการบริการลูกค้า ดูแลทีมงาน เคลียร์ปัญหาเฉพาะหน้า และประสานงานกับแผนกอื่น ๆ เพื่อมอบประสบการณ์ที่ดีที่สุดให้กับลูกค้า
Qualifications
- เพศชาย / หญิง อายุระหว่าง 45 - 50 ปี
- วุฒิการศึกษา ปริญญาตรีขึ้นไป สาขาการโรงแรม การท่องเที่ยว หรือสาขาอื่นที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ประสบการณ์ทำงาน อย่างน้อย 5 ปีในสายงาน Front Office และมีประสบการณ์ในตำแหน่งผู้จัดการหรือหัวหน้าแผนก
- ทักษะภาษาอังกฤษ อยู่ในระดับดีมาก ทั้งการฟัง พูด อ่าน และเขียน
- มีความรู้และความเข้าใจในระบบการจองห้องพัก เช่น New Soft, Fidelio, หรืออื่น ๆ
- บุคลิกดี มีภาวะผู้นำ และสามารถแก้ไขปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี
- มีใจรักในงานบริการ มีความอดทนสูง และสามารถทำงานภายใต้ความกดดันได้
- ยอมรับฟังความคิดเห็นของผู้อื่น ยอมรับการเปลี่ยนแปลงและชอบเรียนรู้สิ่งใหม่อยู่เสมอ
