Job Descriptions
หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบของตำแหน่งงาน: สายงานนายหน้าอสังหาริมทรัพย์ • ให้คำปรึกษาและแนะนำลูกค้าเกี่ยวกับการซื้อ ขาย หรือเช่าอสังหาริมทรัพย์ • ดูแลและจัดการรายชื่อลูกค้า (Leads) พร้อมติดตามผลอย่างต่อเนื่อง • จัดเตรียมข้อมูลทรัพย์สินเพื่อใช้ในการนำเสนอขายหรือให้เช่า • ประสานงานระหว่างเจ้าของทรัพย์และผู้ซื้อหรือผู้เช่า • พาลูกค้าเยี่ยมชมทรัพย์สินและนำเสนอจุดเด่นของแต่ละทรัพย์ • เจรจาต่อรองราคาและเงื่อนไขต่าง ๆ เพื่อให้เกิดการปิดการขายหรือเช่า • ทำงานร่วมกับทีมการตลาดและแผนกอื่น ๆ เพื่อโปรโมททรัพย์ • รายงานผลการทำงานและสรุปยอดขายต่อหัวหน้าแผนก • ศึกษาและอัปเดตข้อมูลตลาดอสังหาริมทรัพย์ในพื้นที่พัทยาอย่างต่อเนื่อง
Qualifications
  1. อายุ 25-40 ปี
  2. สามารถพูดและอ่านภาษาอังกฤษได้
  3. มีทัศนคติที่ดีต่องานขาย การเข้าพบลูกค้า และมีใจรักงานบริการ
  4. มีประสบการณ์ในการขายงานโครงการ จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
  5. มีความสามารถในการทำ Presentation ได้เป็นอย่างดี จะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ
  6. มีความสามารถในการเจรจาต่อรองและแก้ไขสถานการณ์เฉพาะหน้าได้เป็นอย่างดี
  7. มีความสามารถในการใช้คอมพิวเตอร์ (Ms office, Canva, CRM and etc) ได้เป็นอย่างดี
  8. มีรถยนต์ส่วนตัวและใบอนุญาตขับขี่
  9. เป็นกันเองและทำงานเป็นทีม
  10. สามารถบริหารเวลาที่ดีได้
  11. สามารถทำงานภายใต้ภาวะความกดดันได้ดี
  12. มีทักษะในการสื่อสารและการขายที่ดี
  13. มีทักษะด้านคอมพิวเตอร์และโซเชียลมีเดีย
  14. ทำงานวันจันทร์-ศุกร์ 09.00-17.00 เสาร์ 10.00-18.00 หยุดวันอาทิตย์
