Job Descriptions
หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบหลัก (Key Responsibilities) •ต้อนรับลูกค้าและแนะนำเมนูอาหาร/โปรโมชั่น •รับออร์เดอร์ผ่านระบบ POS หรือจดรายการอาหาร •เสิร์ฟอาหาร/เครื่องดื่มให้รวดเร็วและถูกต้อง •เก็บจาน/ทำความสะอาดโต๊ะหลังลูกค้าใช้บริการ •ตรวจสอบความสะอาดและความพร้อมของโต๊ะ/อุปกรณ์ทุกวัน •คิดเงินลูกค้า/ออกบิล/ทอนเงิน/รับชำระด้วยบัตรหรือ QR Code •แจ้งเมนูหมดหรือปัญหาให้หัวหน้ากะทราบทันที หน้าที่และความรับผิดชอบรอง (Secondary Responsibilities) •ช่วยจัดเก็บจาน/ล้างเบื้องต้น (ถ้ามีพื้นที่ Back Service) •ตรวจสอบและเติมอุปกรณ์หน้าร้าน เช่น ตะเกียบ กระดาษทิชชู่ ซอส •เข้าร่วมประชุมทีมงานและการอบรมที่ร้านจัด •ช่วยสื่อสารกับลูกค้าชาวต่างชาติ (หากพูดภาษาญี่ปุ่น/อังกฤษได้)
Qualifications
  1. วุฒิการศึกษา: ม.3 ขึ้นไป หรือเทียบเท่า
  2. มีประสบการณ์ด้านงานบริการร้านอาหารจะพิจารณาเป็นพิเศษ (ไม่มีก็สามารถฝึกได้)
  3. มีใจรักงานบริการ ยิ้มแย้ม แจ่มใส
  4. ทำงานเป็นทีมได้ดี
  5. มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ
  6. คล่องตัวสูง และพร้อมทำงานในช่วงเร่งด่วน
  7. มีความสะอาดเรียบร้อย พูดจาดี อ่อนน้อม
