Job Descriptions
1. Maintain a customer-centric approach by monitoring customer feedback, conducting customer satisfaction surveys, and analyzing customer complaints. Lead the team for customer complaints/claim and internal quality issue analysis and drive the 8D report. 2. Implement measures to address customer concerns, improve product or service quality, and enhance overall customer experience. 3.Manage and oversee the quality control process throughout all stages of production. 4.Ensure that the products meet quality standards and regulatory requirements. 5.Analyze defects and improve processes to enhance product quality. 6.Prepare quality inspection reports and suggest improvements to the relevant departments.
Qualifications
  1. Male and Female
  2. 25 years old and above.
  3. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Related Fields
  4. At least 5 years work experience in quality control or quality assurance.
  5. Knowledge of standard system such as IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ISO 14001.
  6. Communication English skills and networking ability.
