Job Descriptions

•Analyze customer’s order/forecast number against material availability and pre-empt customer service of any potential gap in the supply chain. •Issue Transfer Order (TO) transaction to send material in Consignment to the 3rd party sub-assembly service provider. •Issue WO and close it after production is completed. •Issue Purchase Order (PO) to the 3rd party subassembly service provider and receive invoice into NS once completed. •Plan and derive a priority action list for Planner/Buyer to execute to ensure continuity of supply. •Control and maintain WIP stock to ensure stock accuracy and adequacy. •Perform Netsuite transaction for all production related activities by performing Transfer Order (TO) of raw material and finished goods movements.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years’ experience in production industry with planning experience.
Excellent data analysis skills
Posses’ good communication and interpersonal skill
Interpersonal skills, able to create relationships with customers.
Good commend of English (verbal and written)
Experience in ERP/MRP/Business Application/Engineering Management platform like SAP, Oracle, Agile, NetSuite etc.
Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel
Team player and ability to build good reports with internal and external team.
Ability to exercise initiative and work within tight schedules.
