What We’re Looking For: Nationality: Thai Language Requirements: Thai language proficiency: Fluent in reading, writing, speaking, and listening English: Basic communication skills Required Skills: Experience in e-commerce and social media customer service Strong customer handling and problem-solving abilities Proficient computer and digital communication skills Familiarity with sales software and CRM systems Excellent communication and persuasive sales skills Job Responsibilities: Deliver exceptional service via e-commerce platforms, social media, and direct sales Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products Handle inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally Process orders and payments, and coordinate with fulfillment teams Maintain customer data accurately using sales software Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance user experience Manage social media accounts and ensure strong customer engagement Share customer insights and market trends with management Salary & Benefits: Starting from 20,000 THB/month (based on experience) Performance-based bonuses & incentives Career development and growth opportunities Other benefits as per company policy
Qualifications
  1. Languages-Thai (Proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and listening)and English (Communication)
