Job Descriptions
1.วางแผนและควบคุมตารางการผลิตให้สอดคล้องกับคำสั่งซื้อและกำลังการผลิต 2.ประสานงานกับฝ่ายผลิต, คลังสินค้า และฝ่ายขาย เพื่อให้แผนงานดำเนินไปอย่างราบรื่น 3.ติดตามและปรับปรุงแผนงานให้ทันตามสถาการณ์ 4.วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลการผลิต เพื่อปรับปรุงประสิทธิภาพ 5.จัดทำแผนการผลิตประจำวัน/ สัปดาห์/ เดือน 6.ตรวจสอบวัตถุดิบและทรัพยากรที่จำเป็นสำหรับการผลิต 7.ประสางานกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง เช่น ฝ่ายคลังสินค้า ฝ่ายจัดซื้อ และฝ่ายผลิต 8.ติดตามสถานะการผลิต และแก้ไขปัญหาเมื่อเกิดการล่าช้า 9.จัดทำรายงานการวางแผนและประสิทธิภาพของการผลิต 10.ช่วยพัฒนาระบบการวางแผนให้มีความแม่นยำและรวดเร็วมากขึ้น
Qualifications
  1. วุฒิปริญญาตรี สาขาวิศวกรรมอุตสาหกร หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  2. มีประสบการณ์อย่างน้อย 3 ปีขึ้นไป ในงานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
  3. มีทักษะในการใช้โปรแกรม Excel ในระดับดี (เช่น VLOOKUP, Pivot Table, การสร้างกราฟ และสูตรคำนวณ)
  4. สามารถใช้โปรแกรม ERP/ MRP ได้ (เช่น K2, SAP, Oracle หรือโปรแกรมวางแผนการผลิตอื่นๆ)
  5. มีทักษะด้านการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลและแก้ปัญหาเฉพาะหน้าได้ดี
  6. มีความสามารถในการวางแผนและจัดลำดับความสำคัญของงานได้อย่างมีระบบ
  7. มีทักษะการประสานงานระหว่างฝ่ายที่เกี่ยวข้องได้อย่างราบรื่น
  8. สามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันและระยะเวลาจำกัดได้ดี
  9. มีความรับผิดชอบสูง รอบคอบ และใส่ใจรายละเอียด
