Job Descriptions
1. Update list of business concerned law to be accessed
2. Draft and review contract and import legal documents
3. Provide legal opinion and legal advice to support all other department
4. Plan and recommend for obtain license
5. Coaching and suggest subordinate
6. Prepare minutes meeting (section meeting ,AGM and BOD)
7. Collect and prepare the information in legal part to support the superior
8. Perform other duties as assigned by superior
Qualifications
- Age above 23-30 years old.
- Bachelor's degree in Law
- 0-1 years in Legal Matter or business law
- Have knowledge of legal issue mainly in manufacturing field
- Good communicate in English and computer literacy.
