Job Descriptions

Support company management with administrative and financial tasks. Ensure compliance with Thai financial laws, regulations, and company policies while applying relevant industry knowledge. Manage accounts receivable, track payments, and minimize risk during the company’s setup phase. Reconcile client accounts, resolve discrepancies, and assist with financial reporting and analysis. Handle daily settlements, revenue recognition, and proper filing of accounting documents. Maintain organized and secure financial records for easy access. Enforce expense reimbursement and approval procedures accurately. Conduct asset inventories and report variances to ensure records match actual assets.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in finance, accounting, or administrative roles.
Experience in managing accounts receivable and financial reporting is preferred.
Proficient in Chinese, both written and spoken, to communicate effectively with Chinese-speaking executives and senior management.
