Job Descriptions

- Develop, test, and deploy machine learning models for use cases such as: Credit scoring and risk prediction, Loan approval optimization, Customer segmentation & churn prediction, Fraud detection and anomaly monitoring, Cross-sell and up-sell targeting - Analyze large-scale financial and customer data to extract actionable insights - Collaborate with data engineers to ensure robust data pipelines and model deployment - Communicate findings and recommendations to business stakeholders using dashboards, visualizations, and reports - Monitor model performance and regularly retrain models as data evolves - Stay updated on trends in AI/ML, financial technologies, and regulatory requirements

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related fields
2+ years of experience in data science, preferably in financial services or fintech
Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and libraries such as pandas, scikit-learn, XGBoost, TensorFlow/PyTorch
Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau)
Understanding of credit risk modeling, fraud detection, or financial regulations is an advantage
Good communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders
